Kip and his assistant Brittani are professional, efficient and considerate. I have engaged Kip’s services both as a buyer and a seller and I continue to be impressed by his approach. My house was sold before we even had a chance to take photos, thanks to Kip making good use of his network to achieve our goals.

Not once but twice I have been very happy with Alvin's outcome. Selling my mum's property and also selling my property. Alvin had been very professional, well organised with the knowledge of each suburb. Alvin assisted me through the entire process with every step required to met the buyers requirements. I would recommend Alvin to any seller. Thank you for the outstanding outcome with selling my property and my mum's.

It was a pleasure to work with Alvin throughout the process of buying our first home! Alvin was professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. It was an overwhelming experience trying to buy our first home but Alvin was understanding and guided us throughout the whole process! We cannot thank Alvin enough and couldn’t be happier with our new home!

Alvin recently sold my partner's house in Forrestfield. He was very knowledgeable about the market in the local area, was able to achieve us a great price, and kept us up to date every step of the way. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend Alvin to anyone looking to sell around the area.

Lee-Anne gave me a great background of the house and made the settlement an easy and memorable process. The property was described very well in the advertisements and did not disappoint. Lee-Anne took care of both myself and the previous owners during all stages of the sale and I intend on using her services if it ever comes time to sell the place!

Margie made some great suggestions to present our property in the most attractive way when adverts hit the advertising space. She had our property sold within a few days. Highly recommend Margie as a true Professional.

She is also very much a people person with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy. Alvin managed to help me sell for a good price for my investment property even though I wasn't around physically during the sale. He provided great service even after the sale.

Kip, and his team really looked after our needs from day one. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they made sure that both parties were happy with the result of the sale. They were always ahead of time for the home opens, as well immediate feedback after the home opens. They had great knowledge on selling our house as they should. I would recommend Kip to other buyers or sellers.
