I would highly recommend Margie as a sale consulted for your nest home, I've lived in 3 states and 2 contraries and in my experience, Margie is one of the best. Nothing was a bother to her, the communication between all parties was excellent.

We dealt with Adam a lot more than Kip but the team were great! Adam was very attentive and answered all our calls and messages at all times of the day. He was very knowledgeable and helped us purchase our first home.

Working with Kip & Perth Property Concierge we did some hard work getting our home ready for the market. We followed their guidance & it paid off tremendously for us. Thanking you Kip for all your hard work….We could never have imagined what that second offer was & it changed our lives. You are the Man!!!!

Scott is a fantastic agent! I would definitely use his expertise again. His friendly, relaxed demeanour really helped us through the whole process as we were clueless first home buyers. From showing us the property, to organising (and explaining) settlement efficiently, knowledge on trades in the area and even contacting previous owner so we could pass on their mail months after moving into property. His communication skills were outstanding. He was always super quick to answer all my calls and emails even on the weekends and he was quick to action any of my requests. Just a top bloke who is excellent at his job. Thanks again for everything Scott!

Our home wasn't an easy one for Kip being a separation and Kip had the uneasy task of mediating some issues, however Kip made the whole process smooth and the whole time he was upfront, honest and transparent with us as to what to expect. Kip was very informative and thorough in providing a market value for the property and extremely helpful in the process of getting the property ready for sale. We also used a Staging Company for the home open. Kip wasn't left with much time between signing the property to be listed and our first home open (literally 24hrs!), yet he miraculously pulled it off and managed to get 7 couples through the property AND presented us with an offer. I would highly recommend Kip to anyone selling in the foothills. Kip knows the area very well and was spot on with pricing and information. Kip is easy to talk to and easy to get ahold of and is genuinely there to help with the whole process.
