So much to say about Peter he is professional, courteous, honest and most of all reliable. His negotiations skills are second to none, both parties in our sale left feeling happy we felt we got Top Dollar for our home and the buyers also happy with the purchase price. Peter is not a flashy get his name in bright lights at your expense agent, he is actually extremely humble. We can not fault the sale or marketing of our property, from the photographer to the Open Homes to the Auction everything was faultless. If you're considering selling please do yourself a favour and call Peter .... You won' t regret it. We certainly didn't.

the process went well and peter was good but i was disappointed with all the things that were faulty example - ensuite shower did not work, oven does not work and needs to be replaced, gas hot plates need to be replaced, sliding wardrobe doors needed all new rollers, and a number of doors in the kitchen had broken hinges , i know its an auction situation but it was still a bit disappointing.

Peter and his team – who were also my long time property managers - were recently given the role of selling two family homes. The first was an deceased estate sale in Tarragindi, managed by three sibling Executors. I was so pleased with the quick and professional sale for the family home - which also maximised its price but also accessed the large market of interested buyers they have been building up for the suburb – that he was asked to sell my property in nearby Moorooka which they had also been managing. For each sale, Peter consulted us on the best approach: resulting in a standard sale process for the first sale, and an auction process for the second. Both processes were in good hands and largely trouble-free, smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Peter and his team if you are looking to sell your home and optimise its price.
