If you send him an email he will respond immediately. If you call him he picks up the call 99.9% of the time, and on those occasions he couldn't, he will return your call in the next 15min. The man is impeccable in the way he treats his clients at every step of the way. He did not try to "upsell" us or push us to do what was best for his commission. Ronnie was incredibly helpful after 3 months of looking for a property and seeing him at multiple properties every weekend, he was always very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions with honesty. As a family expecting our first child wanting to move into our first home, he was very understanding on exactly what our budget was, as well as the needs we had.
