Ronnie, went above and beyond

I was in contact with Ronnie prior to listing my property on the net at first you can tell quite quickly speaking with Ronnie that he is very good at what he does and is very realistic compared to other real estate agents i dealt with. Ronnie had no issues answering any concerns i had and when the property was on the market he kept me in the loop for everything and kept me updated thru each home inspection. I would honestly recommend Ronnie for any home sale, his prices was pretty reasonable and you can always get a cheaper commission salesman but you wont get the same experience and in a property market this is the salesman i would choose as he will get the best price for your property. Compared to what i initially thought he still managed to get me a higher price then my expectations even in a quieter property market time.
