Honest and trustworthy, focussed and easy to work with!
Ronnie made a very good first impression when we first met him, and continued to showcase professionalism and honesty throughout the sales process. He was candid about the real estate market environment, shared some valuable insights about what we could expect for our place, while acknowledging our situation and the value we had in mind for the sale. He gave us some practical tips on areas we could focus on as part of getting the home ready for the sale and was able to connect us with a reasonable home staging company - Spruce and Style. We appreciated Ronnie following up with us after each home open, even when there was nothing substantial to report. He continued to stay focussed and optimistic about the sale of the house, even when the market had taken a bit of a dive, and provided us assurance that it would sell. Ronnie is personable and trustworthy and this came through in the way he communicated with us. We recommended him to sell a friends property which he did in record time as well, and to high professional standards. We are very glad we went with Ronnie to sell our place and we would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell, in a heart beat. Thank you Ronnie :)

Excellent communicator who made selling easy
Ronnie and his team made selling my property very easy. From the first property valuation he was able to work with my busy schedule. He was upfront with his costs and his expectations of the sale price. From there he and his team worked seamlessly with the tenants to arrange access for home opens. He kept me constantly and promptly informed about how the home opens went and was genuinely happy for me when the contract was signed. I would recommend selling with Ronnie and his team.
