Efficient and effective

After making contact with Ronnie, he and team swung into action liaising with the rental team to make the move to listing as smooth as possible given arrangements would need to be made around the existing tenant. We agreed on a listing price in the middle of the range based on his knowledge of recent sales in the area and made final arrangements for the listing to go live and the first (and only) open home.
