Excellent customer service

We entrusted Steve with the sale of our mum’s home during a challenging period with our mother going into a nursing home and COVID-19. Steve explained to us the strategy to the sale and regularly kept us and our solicitor informed. We achieved a great sale outcome that was above our original expectations, and the house was sold in less than a month.

Down to earth and always striving for best result for clients.

After 4 years as my rental agent their was ample communication via phone, email and the online portal which also logged income and expenditure reports and any maintenance issues. Was helpful with required contacts for quotes re interior upgrades and ad hoc repairs. A low vacancy rate was achieved by maximising open inspections and reference checking tenant applications. Also he was active in a tribunal issue with a tenant dispute and sort a resolve to a strata management concern. A good knowledge of the Sydney market was apparent with a recent sale.

My experience of completing the property purchase has been good, he was responsive and trustworthy. I did not faced any issues. He also helped me geting access to the property multiple times while our purchase was in progress.
