We could not find a single storey house in Runaway Bay on the water. Gemma White solved our problem
We looked for months to find a suitable single storey home in Runaway Bay on the water. We even travelled to Runaway Bay and stayed about 6 days to see about 10 homes we had viewed on the Internet in Canberra. Finally, we rang Gemma and she mentioned she had just the thing for us a property that had been passed in at auction a few days before. I flew up from Canberra and Gemma picked me up from Coolangatta airport and took me to lunch and told me all about the facilities the local area had to offer. We purchased the property with a 90 day settlement because we were relocating from Canberra. Sometimes it was easy to forget that Gemma was working for the seller because she was so helpful in making things happen.

Smooth Transaction
