Get's it done!
In a tough market, you need a tough agent. Someone who will live by the reliable old saying, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going". The reality is, most agents will offer up book fulls of local area knowledge, and demonstrate a long list of successful sales. It's also a reality that achieving sales in a healthy market (only a few yrs ago) is actually quite easy. What's not easy, is when the market is lacking confidence. When the banks are not easy, and the buyers are nervous. I think it's in this current environment where Chris shines. Often a seller can become frustrated when an agent appears to be working for the buyer and not you, as you're the one who hands over the commission at settlement. The truth is, this market, requires the agent to work for both. And in our sale, Chris satisfied our needs, and also worked closely with the buyer to ensure both parties achieved the right outcome. The market requires immense patience from the seller. Find an agent who will be persistent and remain focused. Find an agent you can believe in. Find an agent with a manageable total number of listings (as each requires more time than in times past). Find an agent who will tell you the truth. Find Chris!

Murry has been great to work with in achieving to best out come for the sale of my home.
I have personally used Murray to sell many homes I have owed over the past 10 years. Apart from being a hell of a good bloke. The greatest asset Murray brings to the process is he does not bull shit to you, he is a straight shooter and that is hard to find with a lot of agents today. He has lived worked and grown up is the Runaway Bay Area and has intimate knowledge of the area. I have no problems with recommending Murray to anybody selling or buying a home .

Professional, Tenacious, Proactive!
I wish to say a huge thank you to Mark Carew of Professionals Vertullo Real Estate, Hope Island. Mark contacted me having seen the “For Sale” sign on my property by another local real estate agency. Mark said: "I would love to sell your property for you and would be happy to work in conjunction with the exclusive agent." I was pleased for him to contact the other agent to work in conjunction. However I soon discovered most agents in Hope Island do not like to work in conjunction with other agents. I couldn’t believe this as I simply wanted my property sold and understood when you appointed an agent Exclusive Agreement to sell your property they were acting in the Vendor's best interest. This turned out to be far from reality. However, Mark kept in touch and when my exclusive agency agreement expired I immediately contacted Mark. My first impression of Mark was he was extremely professional. He was also very tenacious, punctual and proactive at all times. He marketed my property without fee. He even prepared a website and marketed this website constantly through various avenues. The result was amazing, as he had a continual flow of inspections from locals, national and international buyers and this was during the disastrous pre election period. The result was Mark sold my property. Mark still continues to ring me regularly as we count the days to settlement. I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants to sell their property as I am confident he will look after you as a vendor and you will be Mark’s top priority during the sale period.

Teresa was punctual and kept us in loop with potential buyers and prospects of selling. Had excellent knowledge on th area and provided us with any information we asked for. Integrity for days
Right from the get go Teresa was amazing to do business with. She was very honest about expectations yet also very considerate in listening to where we were coming from. Although she was the agent we were buying from I honestly believe we could not have purchased our dream home without her. We had a pretty complicated situation with two families going into dual living. Teresa took the time to understand our situation and translate that to the sellers.
