Steve has been working very hard selling our investment property. I am over the moon that he has achieved the sale with a satisfactory price even under a long periods of touch QLD real estate market. Steve knows the market well and is a highly skilled negotiator. I like the fact that Steve is genuine and honest. He is not pushy or hard-selling. He always listens to my opinions and needs. The property was tenanted and it made his job a bit harder. He never complaint about any difficulties and always handled everything very professionally. He works well with the rental department was well and always treats his Clients with the highest respect. He puts a lot of efforts on making the sale process go well, including all marketing campaigns, photos and websites wordings and gave all detailed attentions to each of inspection.
