After a long struggle in finding accommodation, professional well stead came to my rescue. It's not easy to find accommodations in Perth especially when you're new but these guys are top notch, they helped me get my first rental property with easy. Very understanding, smart in everything and when I visited their offices WOW, the reception awesome, I loved the serenity of the place. Sue partnered with us to find great tenants and provided us credible market intel to ensure a market appropriate rate was applied. This was done quickly and above expectation. Since then follows us up to ensure we're on top of our maintenance to ensure our property in Kalamunda is in good working order with credible vendors. She also puts up with my annoying incessant questions without breaking stride. Her communications are responsive and to the point with all types of news. Highly reccomend Sue as a property manager!

We recently re-leased our property with The Professionals Wellstead Team after completing some refurbishment works. We live remotely and managing multiple trades is quite a task. Not only did our agent, Sue Panzic, recommend the main contractors, she also managed access through a particularly difficult tenancy and everything went without a hitch. We purchased the property through The Professionals in 2016 and Sue and their team have been looking after the place since. We can't recommend this company highly enough as they demonstrate a genuine level of care and service at every turn and we feel very lucky to have Sue in our corner.
