We bought our first house through Denise many years ago, and when we decided to sell this same place (now an investment property) it was a very straightforward decision to go again with Denise and her team. We did not regret this choice! We were wanting to get the house on the market asap. Whilst acknowledging this desire from us, Denise calmly advised us around the various issues and options with our house. She also offered some very simple suggestions to maximise the return on our sale. We ignored our own impatience and followed every step of her advice. She provided leads for various work that needed doing (we live 500km away from the house!), and each provider did excellent work, quickly, and for reasonable prices. We took a couple of months to get on the market in the end, but the outlay of barely more than $10K in jobs around the house ending up with us getting significantly more than we'd dreamed when we first thought of selling, and even much more than the asking price. Denise maintained her calm demeanour and advice throughout the marketing, home open, offer process, and all the way to settlement. She was always available (or replied quickly), and happy to answer silly or repetitive questions throughout from us. Our only disappointment is that we will likely not have an excuse to again employ her services as purchaser nor seller. If you are selling or purchasing anywhere around the Bassendean area, there is simply no one better in our opinion.
