From the minute Terry walked in to give us an appraisal on the property we new we had the right agent, Honest, Direct, gave us both views, the highlights and the lowlights, once we engaged his services it was a seamless and professional experience. From the photo shoot to the Covid 19 inspections the service and communication was on point. After each inspection we recieved a thorough update and feedback, it was 7 days before the offers started coming, and we had accepted an offer within 8 days of listing. Under these conditions that was an amazing result.
