Robb is down to earth, I think he is a good negotiator, I am not one for beating around the bush when it comes to bartering, I paid what I could and he got that number out of me which is what a good agent is supposed to do. As a seller I think Robb would be a great agent, he really is really approachable, as a buyer I think I may have been stretched further than what I needed to pay but we'll never know that and again, he got the most out of me which is doing his job, and I didn't pay anymore than I could so the buyer was happy and I am happy. He has a great eye for sales, a great support for ongoing questions post sale too. His best hours for communication are via text after 8pm. Great overall persona and a wealth of knowledge on property and life in general so I rate him very highly.
