Entrusting the sale of our place to Ashleigh, Jean and the team was an absolute pleasure. The high standard of communication from every member of Ashleigh's group was reassuring and they accommodated our requests brilliantly. We were still undertaking some renovations to the house when we needed to sell and the team were very understanding - organising inspections and photography around our sometimes tricky schedule! Jean and Ashleigh fully understood the unique vintage characteristics of the home and compiled a beautifully presented marketing package. They provided frank advice when negotiating prices and we were able to sell within a fortnight of listing the property, for an amount we were pleased with. They also helped us to liaise with the new owners regarding the separate purchase of much of the furniture which we wanted to stay with the home.
