He is an outstanding communicator - I felt he was always giving me the full picture of any developments, was very fast in returning calls and he is a very good listener as well. He is very patient - He spend many hours with potential buyers at my large property and never lost his sunny disposition and positive outlook. His estimate of the sale price was accurate. And it was higher than other agents had quoted. Discussing marketing strategies, he was very level headed and practical in his suggestions and as a result saved me a lot of money. Jean was great in assisting with our purchase. As a first home buyers we had numerous questions , not just regarding the property, but the process itself. She was very fast with getting back to us and never left any question unanswered. Her knowledge of the market is very good. Jean was always very lovely to talk to and helpful, unlike (sadly) numerous real estate agents that we came across during searching for a property. We definitely would recommend her to anyone!
