Calm and supportive.
Straight away when we sat down with Chris we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed regarding the sale of our property. He was honest regarding the value and plans to achieve the best possible result for us. Chris and his team were very professional and worked hard with all potential purchasers to obtain a sale. The level of communication was wonderful. We always felt we knew what was happening throughout the whole process and we were always consulted.

Great Agent that goes above and beyond
Ashleigh came on a Sunday when we were interested in Selling and had a proper look at the place and asked all the right questions. Once on Market, he did everything he could to get us the best deal. Very helpful and replied to questions fast
From start to finish of selling my property Ashleigh and the team were always polite and helped in matters I knew nothing about with recommendations of a tradie to fix a few things before sale, Ashleigh closed the sale price above what I was expecting in a quick 2 week sale. I highly recommend everyone at Professionals.

Easy and Understanding
Ashleigh and Jean were fantastic from the first inspection on a wet and cold Saturday afternoon, to communicating and negotiating on a Sunday, much more than Drew has had in previous property dealings. Ashleigh was great with Ariane as this is her first purchase and he took the time to help us out with all jargon and process. The whole team at The Professional - Yarra Valley where fantastic, everyone was across our deal and where it was at. All the team worked well to get this across the line.
