Chris was wonderful from our very first inspection right up until sold.
Chris was open with communication between us, him and the vendor the whole time and was always easily contactable. He was able to answer all of our questions along the way as made a stressful situation much easier. We are very happy with our experience of purchasing our second home.

Fantastic!
Myself and my partner were very lucky to stumble across Chris when we were looking at purchasing our first home. Nothing was a hassle for him, even to the point of late night inspections he was always more than willing to meet us there! Couldn’t recommend him highly enough Chris was absolutely fantastic.

Painless and easy
Chris and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We had some pretty inflexible time restraints as to when we could view the property and Chris was able to make things work every time. We never felt pressured and questions were always answered truthfully - if he didn't know something, he found out for us. We were happy to move quickly, as were the vendors. Chris and the team were able to work to a tight timeline and get everything stitched up for us in 30 days.
