Fantastic Agent
Chris was professional and accommodating at all stages of the sale. He followed up when he said he would and always gave us updates on time, not once did we have to follow him up. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris - best experience I’ve had with an agent. The office were very efficient, capable and professional also.

Professional management of a tricky sale
Chris and his team handled this quite complex sales environment well. The property was unique and difficult to initially value. Consequently when we got offered a price very close to the final estimated valuation (and higher than the maximum 2 other agents had suggested) after our first open we took it. The challenge was managing through the process while the buyer went through 3 rounds of attempting to get finance. Chris and the team kept the buyer interested and pursuing and us OK to wait. Tricky sale, well handled...very professional on all fronts
