Great advice, knowledge and understanding of the local area

Excellent Agent and great adviser
Great adviser, friendly and explained clearly what to expect for the current market about the range prices, we never thought that we can get the above the range price. Ashleigh is great in communication and negotiations, quick response and prompt feedback. His team is also worked hard to get into the market within a few days. Only 5 days my property is under contract. Wonderful, great and thank you to Ashleigh and his team. Well done.

Easy to deal with

Local Professionalism for Local people
Having grown up in the valley and building our first home here, Our house was very special to us and the thought of selling was very daunting but from the moment we put our plan to move to Ash he had us at ease. Ash gave realistic advise, went through our options we hadn't considered and really had our best interest at heart . Even when we expressed concern on finding another house, he was confident that he would find us a house, his exact words were "I'll find you a house". Which he did, a beautiful house in a beautiful setting in Warburton. Wasn't just Ash alone, the team at Professionals Yarra Valley all pull together to ensure a great outcome.
