Chris explained all elements of the process very well and followed up timely. When the section 32 took longer than preferred he managed to keep the registered interested parties up-to-date and retain their interest resulting in multiplke genuine offers for the property within 24 hours of the section 32 becoming available. Result was most pleasing and above our top range expectations.
