Overall the management of the listing and sale was stress free. However, I was somewhat disapponted in the initial negotiating as I felt the the sales person was accepting of the buyers initial stance that there no more funds even thought it was common knowledge on the estate the buyers had just secured another property on the estate.

When we had to organise an after-hour inspection with short notice, he helpfully organised with all involved parties to enable it to happen.
