Excellent - Transperancy, Understand and Helpful

I bought my first interstate investment property from Kathy. I had a very good experience buying the property from her. She was very supportive and understanding throughout the process. I had issues with valuation and bank delays which I communicated to her to get extension of settlement date. She spoke to client and convinced them. She had also provided access to my property manager and trades so that they can quote and be prepared to carry out the improvement works as soon as the property settled.
