Tania sold our home while it was being rented. We had great tenants and did not want to disturb them too much, as Tania had a good relationship with them, they were helpful with accessing the house. Tania assured us we would get a good price and we got better than asking. We believe we will have a continuing relationship with Tania for any future sales. Our property management with property 4670 was smooth and we felt confident we always were in good hands and the communication between the tenants and ourselves was always prompt and clear.
