Right from the start Brian went out of his way the assist us in our search for our new home. Multiple viewings were no problem. He left us alone to talk to each other, but was there to answer all our questions. Went out of his way to assist with trade persons, giving them easy access to the property. We found Brian to be a real gentleman, something that is not all that common now days.

Brian is old school in his approach to his customers in every way. He was professional but the added bonus was that Brian also gave the best customer service, something which is lacking in many industries, especially in the real estate industry. Many agents are looking for the bottom dollar, their dollar, but Brian was more interested in making sure both the seller and the buyer were being looked after. We looked at lots of properties in our search for our purchase and Brian is by far the best agent we came across. Our purchase had some special needs which Brian saw to without any fuss.
