Let me start this email by firstly apologising for leaving it this long to email you. This has certainly been a sin of omission on my part, my only defence being that we have had a lot of extremely challenging health issues with my niece which has involved both Graeme and myself since before Christmas. Thankfully things are settling down and I am catching up on all my "must dos". The purpose of my email is to thank you so much for all you achieved with selling our property at Lisarow. You are without doubt the best Agent I have ever encountered for your professionalism. There were many aspects about the way you approached things which we certainly appreciated, specifically that even after you came and did a market appraisal you did not apply any pressure for us to sell because you understood that we would not sell unless we found a suitable rural property first. You did however keep us informed about market developments. Additionally you actually listened and took on board the type of property we were seeking and did not waste our time with those properties which you knew would not be suitable for our age or did not fit our criteria. You provided sound advice always. Following our discovery of the property where we now live, even though sadly it was with a different agent, the whole process of the sale of our Lisarow house was conducted in a way which we couldn't fault. Your confidence in believing what the house was worth resulted in you achieving an excellent price and you made the whole process painless (or at least as moving house can be for anybody). Additionally we have enjoyed an ongoing friendship with Tony, the purchaser who loves both the house and its position. So Brian, while I hope that Graeme and I can remain in our current home until we are well into old age, or depart this mortal life, if there is an occasion when we need to sell real estate on the Central Coast you can be absolutely certain that we will be contacting you.
