Well, what can we say? Brian has worked REALLY hard in a very difficult (COVID) environment to get us a very good price for our house. Despite the fact that the banks have been difficult at this time and people have been on reduced incomes, Brian has brought us quality clients and at all times offered us good advice. We always felt that he was working in OUR best interests and never like he was just 'doing it for the money' or encouraging us to accept any offer that came along. In fact we agreed that he wouldn't bring us offers that were below the bottom end of our price bracket. Brian was also very helpful in assisting us in the preparation of our home for viewing. The house looked amazing when it was finished and was really well presented. His communication has been excellent at all stages in the process. He is a great listener and problem-solver, returns calls quickly and can be relied upon to do what he says. Brian has a thorough knowledge of the area, a genuine passion for his work, has a good relationship and liaises well with any services which we have needed to get the house up to scratch, leaving us not having to worry about anything. He was backed up by a first-class team at the office who were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. Just in case you didn't realise by now we know Brian is excellent at his job! He is very experienced and has a sound knowledge of what needs to be done to sell your most valuable asset, your home. If you employ Brian you WILL NOT be disappointed!!!!!
