Estate agents in general don't have the best reputation. This seems even more to apply to the larger, better known firms. Perhaps it's not good to generalise but the negative stories are 'out there'. We have no complaints about Brian Milson. In his dealings with us, he was very straightforward and able to clearly answer all the queries we had. One particular thing that we liked was that he had a strata report available for us. (Whether this was a decision made by the vendor or the agent was not clear.) This type of report takes time and money to obtain - usually at the purchaser's expense - and having it available was a significant factor in giving us the confidence to make our purchase decision. While there was limited room for negotiating, Brian was very direct with his advice about what offer would most likely succeed. He was also helpful in providing us with details of a solicitor for conveyancing. Prior to meeting Brian, we had not heard of Property Central. Perhaps not an agency that would be top of the list when searching the Central Coast market. In hindsight, this was a good thing, as we didn't go in with any preconception about what to expect. While ultimately the choice of agent mostly comes down to the property rather than the person, we would have no hesitation in recommending Brian Milson to anyone interested in the Central Coast property market.
