Buying and selling a property is in my view one of, if not, the biggest financial investment you make. As such you want to get things right so the sales process is smooth and hassle free. My wife and I completed our due diligence and spoke to a number of other agents. Naturally we were informed of an estimation of price but not the strategy on how that would be achieved. Leaving us with more questions than answers. After monitoring the market, we reached out to Paul and the property central team and I can assure you that decision has proven it's worth many times over. Our house was listed on Tuesday and four days later was under contract. This outcome was achieved in an economical environment that would otherwise detract sellers and buyers. We were informed of the estimated price and more importantly the strategy on how that would be achieved. Unlike the other agents we spoke too.
