From our very first meeting til settlement and beyond our experience with Donna has been amazing! Her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the current market were invaluable as was her willingness to make herself available at all times to answer our questions (none were deemed unimportant) and put our minds at rest when we were uncertain. The communication was excellent and we were always kept in the loop. The advertising, online presence and the individual colour brochure which was produced for our property were brilliant and what a lovely keepsake that brochure will make! Donna is energetic and proactive. She had people looking at our property as soon as it hit the market and it only took ten days to sell....amazing!! A bonus of the whole process though is the friendship that we have forged. I engaged Donna to sell a piece of vacant land I owned on Russell Island in the Redland Shire. She was very knowledgable and thorough in settling on a price for sale. Throughout the sale process which turned out not to be straightforward ( not Donna's fault) she was prompt and always up to speed on what was happening during the sale. Documents were always accurate first time and any of my queries or concerns were promptly responded to. I highly recommend Donna if you are looking for a smooth sale process. She was great.
