Tim agreed to arrange an private inspection on an extremely hot day to suit my schedule even in a booming market when properties are sold like hot cakes. He demonstrated professionalism and integrity through the whole process and has saved me a lot of time in searching and secured the right property for my investment needs. I am also impressed by the efficiency of the rental management done by Jen. She is very sharp and easy to communicate with. From selecting the right tenants to transfer me the first payment of rent only takes her less than a week after property settlement. It’s a huge relief for my mortgage payment. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy/sale/rent property whenever they need.
