Simon and his wife Suzette have lived in many parts of the Eastern Sea Board of Australia including Sydney, Tamworth in rural New South Wales and Brisbane. Their attraction to holiday on the Sunshine Coast extends back over thirty years, so much so they chose Twin Waters to make their home. Simon and Suzette have owned sixteen properties and carried out both major and minor improvements to them during their ownership, giving a firsthand experience in preparing and maximising properties potential.
