I have nothing but praise for One Agency. The rental application process was quick and easy, I had a call within 24 hours of submitting my application, and keys within 2 days. All documentation was thorough, and the agents identified a couple of defects at the property which they had arranged to be fixed immediately. There was regular and excellent communication throughout the initial couple of weeks, and any questions or concerns were followed up in a timely manner. Any decision making (such as wall mounting TV’s) was followed up in writing to ensure all requirements were clear.
