I have been the landlord of six rental units in Ballarat (Alfredton), and my experience with One Agency and their team has been outstanding. From the very beginning, they have been highly supportive and proactive in finding reliable tenants for these newly built homes. The tenant screening process was conducted in a thorough and professional manner, giving me complete confidence that the properties were in good hands. Whenever any maintenance or property-related issues arose, the team acted promptly and efficiently, coordinating with the relevant tradespeople and ensuring everything was resolved without delay. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Having worked with One Agency previously, I can confidently say that I will continue to use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to other property owners seeking reliable property management in Ballarat.
