Stevan is really good realistic with sales depending on the market conditions. He done 110% in selling my apartment and it even achieved block record even during a really quiet period in Dec 16! He is well versed in the market and has fantastic people skills and has loads of experience. I would recommend him as he is open and honest in his sales strategies and motivations.
