After many challenges, we finally found a professional and reliable property management team
We have had many challenges with different property management companies in the past, so finding North Property has been a great experience for us. We feel we have finally found the property manager we have been looking for. The team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help. They are proactive in obtaining quotes when needed, provide practical solutions, and their communication has been excellent. We are very happy with their service and the professionalism of the whole team. We would highly recommend North Property to other property owners.

Fantastic and responsive service

Responsive, communicative property manager
Property North has managed our rental house, and Shanae and her team have been excellent from day one. Communication is a standout, they respond quickly to messages and always keep us in the loop on tenant issues, maintenance, and rent updates. Shanae is proactive rather than reactive, flagging potential issues before they become problems and following through on every request. Their professionalism and attention to detail have made the whole rental process far less stressful.
