Teneille was extremely professional and so lovely to deal with during the process of selling our house. Property North also managed the house as a rental and they always kept the tenents informed and worked with all parties fairly during the sale process. We got more than we even thought we could and trusted teneille 100% during the sale. Propety North was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. I have known and used Teneille's services for many years as she and her company (Property North) have managed my investment properties and have had terrific results in finding tenants and managing any issues with the properties. Teneille has also sold a couple of the properties for me and has been absolutely spot on correct with her knowledge of the local market and what could be achieved when going to market. Teneille was our property manager for out two rental properties before selling the properties for us at our request. During the years that Teneille was our Property Manager, she was meticulous, on the ball and have a great eye for good tenants. As a sales agent, she is tenacious and made the whole process so easy for us. Highly recommend Teneille for both managing and selling property.
