I recently purchased a property for which Cassandra was selling agent. Her market knowledge and honest, direct approach is second to none. Leaving in Sydney we had to ask Cassandra to open the house for us few times late on Friday afternoon. She always made sure that it was possible. Communication between us and the owners had been easy thanks to her, and we all lock the deal feeling very happy. Her knowledge of the area is complete and she gave us lots of very useful advice. We are now living the dream to live in Callala Beach in a perfect little house called «  Mon Reve » my dream........

Cassandra did an wonderful job of selling my sisters house at 88 Queen Mary St Callala Beach, Cassandra had an enquiry within 24 hours and a sale within 4 days of going on the market at price $105,000.00 above what other agents valued our house, her knowledge of our area was second to none. This was done in the middle of the covid 19, she was able to arrange to have a JP to witness form signing when our solicitor was unable to do, all in all Cassandra made the selling process a seamless process keeping us updated at all times on where our sale was up to, and would know problem in recommend Cassandra to anybody selling there house.

Cassandra's appraisal of our property was the most accurate of any agents we consulted prior to placing the property on the market, achieving a sale price within the range she stated. Cassandra kept us all informed on the progress of the sale at all times, having to communicate and negotiate with multiple owners of this property and was very diplomatic in all our discussions. Cassandra was enthusiastic about the property and achieving the best result for us, 'going the extra mile' on more than one occasion to try and sell the property. We bought a land with two houses with Cassandra. We had a fantastic experience during the purchase process. It was a complicated sell, with on objective of subdivision and development. Cassandra help facilitate the negotiation with the seller and gain clarity on the project. She was extremely helpful. We have thus decided to go with her for the sale of the first house. This went really well despite starting the sale in the midst of the bush-fires. We are now kicking off the second house and will be following up with the remaining land. Cassandra is knowledgeable about her market but also very helpful to facilitate every aspect of teh process. She has a great contact and the right attitude with the clients.
