Property Partners was formed by Bec some yrs ago primarily focusing on the property market in a different part of Yarra Rangers. That said for many many Years Bec worked for an agent in Belgrave so her knowing of our area is the equal of anyone. During negotiations with the eventual Buyer an issue arose that potentially was going to reduce the final price. Firstly, as a buyer in this instance, I would definitely engage Rebecca to sell my home, as she represents the seller first and foremost by creating a sense of competition and interest in her properties through a range of tactics (we looked at a few properties with Rebecca)! Having said that, as a buyer, she was then there for us all the way - quickly responding to queries, providing the extra mile of support to get inspections, Conveyancing etc. and making us feel so listened to. My previous experiences with agents has been to get ignored once the money was exchanged. Finally, when we moved in, the property was presented in an immaculate condition and Rebecca gave us thoughtful gifts that matched our new home perfectly. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
