An excellent team that makes it all nice an easy.

We purchased our first home through Property Place (then Professionals), 15 years ago and had a great experience as a buyer, so when we decided it was time to upsize our family home we didn't hesitate to get in touch. Dean, Sarah and Selina are an amazing team who kept us feeling comfortable and informed throughout the process - from an initial chat when we started to think about buying first then selling and how that process would go, to getting everything ready to press the GO button when we found our new home, and finally running a great campaign which saw us sell within a week of listing, in a tricky market. The entire team at Property place came through our home to inspect and be informed for their network of buyers. The contacts provided (solicitor and building inspector) were great to work with and will be recommended in their own right. Even the for sale sign when it went up was an nice touch as it matched the home perfectly and showed the thoughtful approach this team has. I would recommend Property Place to anyone considering selling or buying.

Amiable and pleasant agent

Yovanka is a lovely agent. She arranged extra inspection time for us to look into the villa. She even researched the place where I am living now and provided sensible advices about selling it.
