Overall highly satisified, exceeded my expectations

I was extremely pleased with Todd's level of service in the sale of my house. From the beginning, he was extremely open and transparent about the process, he was always available, and considerate of my needs as the vendor. His commitment exceeded my expectations. When it came to the sale, I would have accepted a lower price but he continued to work hard and push to ensure a top price was achieved. It was a fantastic result and I can't thank Todd enough. I would definitely use his services again, and even my neighbour has said that they plan to use Todd when they are ready to sell. Thanks Todd!
