Positive Overall Experience
I purchased my first ever established house as investment property through Property Plus and I can honestly say that the sales team at Property Plus were amazing. Based on the positive experience with the team, I found it a no brainer to use Property Plus to manage the same investment property. As expected, the Property Manager Katie and her team are very helpful and friendly, give valuable advice and are prompt to respond to questions or issues. I value the trust and repore they have created with me and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great Experience
Michael and I were lucky enough to get a private tour of the house we were interested in, I told them we were interested and got a call back within the hour letting us know we got approved. The real estate has been easy to contact and any needs met within a reasonable time frame.

I’m extremely happy with the real estate that I am renting through and the team they have given me.
Katie and her team went above and beyond to help me find a house for myself and 3 children. Once approved they stayed with me every step to make sure I was comfortable. This is the 3rd time I have rented a house through katie and every time she has given 100%. I honestly couldn’t recommend katie more to others when they are in need of help to find a house. Any concerns or questions I have had about this house they have been right on it and gotten back to me within the day.
