Di is a clear, efficient, timely communicator. She made the purchase of our first home easy, enjoyable and exciting. She worked around 2 shift workers on opposite shifts to ensure inspections, phone calls and important information was not missed by both parties.

"Di handled everything very professionally"
We spoke with Di regarding the requirements, price range we were after for everyone which we knew was on the higher side of market. We relied on Di to attempt firstly to achieve and the ways of gaining the best results possible, in the end the issue of a Queensland buyer appeared to be an small problem as the different states have different rules and proved a challenge at times I'm sure, but Di handled everything very professionally and to suite our requirements achieving a very good outcome.

We found Nathan to be very friendly and helpful in the sale of our house , a great guy to deal with.
We had 3 different agents give us valuations and found Property plus we’re right on point with price. There advertising plan was paramount in the sale and they explained everything in terms we could understand . We met several members of there staff and found them all to be terrific in planning our house sale . We highly recommend Property Plus and especially Nathan Diss for the expert service .

Di was great to deal with ! She is knowledgeable and helpful, she gave me the confidence and guidance to achieve my property goals as it was my first time dealing with the property market. In my initial meeting with Di she was able to inform me of the current trend in house sales for my region. She was able to recommend a sale price and the logic for her suggestion as well as appropriate advertising. My concerns were listened to and she did not impose her own opinions. During the sale process she kept me informed and promptly dealt with issues regarding the final phase.
