A great sales outcome
Katie Ross and the team at Bendigo Property Plus had been managing agent of my Kangaroo Flat investment Property for approximately 12 years. When I contacted Katie about selling the property, she suggested promoting it offline, through the Property Plus network of investors. 48 hours after agreeing to proceed in this way, the property was sold at a price that exceeded my expectations. Top marks to Katie for her knowledge of the local market, her ability to negotiate a great price on my behalf, and her communication with me throughout the sale process.
