View Devonport Pty Ltd is a joint venture between Rowena Kelly, Phillip Matthews and View Tasmania Pty Ltd established in 2010. Rowena is well experienced in residential sales, whilst Phil comes from the Construction/Commercial building sector hence his expertise in Commercial Real Estate. They both join Dee Muir and Colin Leiper who are also committed to providing up-to-date real estate advice when looking to sell or buy. Altogether they complete the well qualified sales team. In December 2013 the business expanded to include Property Management employing Jenny Condello as Property Manager who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. With an excellent work ethic and a particular attention to detail, this allows Jenny to deal with her clients in an efficient and timely manner. Harley Cross now assists Jenny in the Property Management department whilst assisting at reception as well. He is hoping to go on to do great things in the industry and is currently completing his Diploma of Real Estate, so watch out for him in the future. Michelle Knowles completes the View Crew at reception where you will always be greeted with a friendly face and a warm smile as you enter the agency. With a background in finance, administration and customer service, Michelle’s goal is to ensure each of View’s clients have a pleasant and seamless experience. The Devonport team have had continued growth in each department every year and will continue to strive for further growth without compromising a high level of customer service.
