Very professional agent

Joshua is a very competent agent with a very good approach to understanding the needs of his customers, suggesting options, but also respecting their decisions. At the time of our sale the market dynamics had just changed, with auctions becoming unpopular. Joshua picked up on this very quickly and proposed an alternate marketing strategy which was implemented immediately, and resulted in a satisfactory sale within 7 days. Joshua is very well presented and has well developed communication skills - especially listening and empathizing. In our experience this is often not a strength in other agents ! Joshua's initial meeting with us made us decide to put our sale in his hands because of his polite, respectful yet persuasive approach - in contrast to the other 2 agencies whose agents we had met.
