When I first enquired with Joe to sell my first ever property, he asked me what my needs were in order to have a successful sale met. He worked towards my goal date to sell the property, with a change in approach when needed. Joe provided me with an update every home open, offer, and thought. Communication was very important to me as I was not able to be present for some of the process. From the get go, I asked Joe for open communication, and that's exactly what I got. I felt in control of through the sale of my property and guided well through the process when I asked for advice. There was not once where I had to 'wonder' how the property was going. I am beyond happy with Joe's approach, kind heart, and workmanship. He is a man who you can see loves his job and takes pride in it. I look back on the sale of my property and don't see it as a stressful time, but one that was exciting and a smooth process (despite having a baby in between it!)
