Joe has been great deal with and I have used him many times over the years. Quick to respond to queries and always happy to assist with anything that needs to be done. It's the little things like meeting a locksmith which meant I didn't need to be there. He was also very helpful for the buyers and opened the house up a number of times so they could complete measurements and commence with work as soon as settlement had occurred.
