As first home buyers we were 100% sure what we were getting ourselves into, and buying during a boom is another stressful thing altogether. Licia was a friendly agent and had the sellers interest at heart to make sure to look after their needs. We faced some issues and stress during the finance period as banks were over loaded with work. But fortunately with a good broker and settlement agent to help us along all went well. Once in the settlement period things went very smoothly and we were greeted by some gifts from Licia once we got the keys to our new home :) Learnt a lot from this experience and are grateful to all the help and advice we received through out :)

Buying our new home through Joe was a fantastic and straightforward experience from start to finish. Joe and Karen had a good selection of the types of property and price we were looking at. I pretty well knew within minutes of first meeting Joe that he would be the agent we'd be buying through. I especially liked his genuine approach and traditional sales method of offer and acceptance. I feel he represented the best interests of the seller and also the buyer, demonstrating that a good sale is one where both parties are happy with the process and the outcome. Joe knows the market prices and buyer demand, so thankfully doesn't do those awful 'end date' sales. Joe's involvement and attention to details continued right through to after settlement. He's very contactable, punctual, and always had enough time for us. When the time eventually comes to sell our property, Joe will be agent on the top of our list.
